HOW CAN I RECEIVE A WIN/LOSS STATEMENT?

You may email your request on this page. Please include your name, birthday, address, and Arrow Head Players Card number. Your statement will be mailed – usually within five working days – or you may also pick up your statement at the Arrow Head Player Club.

Jena Choctaw Pines supports the State of Louisiana in its efforts to eliminate underage gaming. Anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited on our gaming floor.
